Terms and conditions for One to One Course Trainees

Commencement of Classes

  • Once the trainee makes the payment and the booking is confirmed, the Company will require upto 72 working hours to find a trainer and start the classes in case of regular courses and upto 150 working hours in case of rare courses.

  • For the entire duration of his/her association with Multibhashi, the trainee is expected to respond promptly on calls, whatsapp and emails (based on the contact details provided by the trainee to the Company).

  • If the Company is not able to serve the trainee in any way due to the delay in responding from the trainee’s side, the Company will not be liable for the loss of time/classes or any other inconvenience caused to the trainee.

Platform for conducting Classes

  • All the classes will be conducted through the Multibhashi web application, app.multibhashi.com (recommended browser is Chrome).

  • The trainee can log in, view and join all the classes using this platform.

  • Any requests for conducting classes on any alternate platforms will not be entertained by the Company.

  • If the trainee is found to have taken classes with the trainer on any alternative platform, he/she will be blacklisted and all of his/her ongoing bookings will be deemed invalid without providing any refund.

Trainer Assignment

  • The allocation of the trainers would be done by the company based on the availability and qualification of the trainer.

  • While the trainee can share his/her preference, the company does not assure that the same trainer will be assigned for all the classes.

Exchange of Personal Information

  • In the interest of privacy and safety of both trainees and trainers, trainees are strictly prohibited against sharing or asking for contact details and other personal details from the trainers and vice versa.

  • It is the trainee's responsibility to inform the Company via an email to support@multibhashi.com if any trainer ever shares or asks for his/her contact or other personal details.

  • If a trainee is found to be in violation of this rule, he/she will be blacklisted and all of his/her ongoing bookings will be deemed invalid without providing any refund.

  • If a trainee joins the class late then the class will end at the scheduled time and the company is not under an obligation to compensate for the lost time.

Code of Conduct

  • The trainee is expected to:

    • dress appropriately
    • Use a plain background
    • avoid any background noise or other disturbances during class
    • Avoid talking to anyone else during class (except online trainer) and taking any calls (except those from Multibhashi team)
    • avoid any inappropriate objects in the background and
    • avoid any use of abusive or obscene verbal or body language during classes.

  • If the trainee is found to be in violation of any of the above, he/she may be expelled from the classroom and a disciplinary action might be taken against him/her.

  • If a trainee is found to be using abusive or obscene verbal or body language during classes, he/she will be blacklisted and all his/her ongoing bookings will be deemed invalid without providing any refund.

  • It is the trainee's responsibility to inform the Company via an email to support@multibhashi.com if any trainer ever violates the code of conduct in the classroom.

Curriculum Finalisation

  • A tentative journey plan will be uploaded on app.multibhashi.com and the trainee and trainer will discuss it during the first class so that the journey can be altered as per their discussion.

  • If a trainee wants to include any particular topic during his/her journey, he/she will need to send an email to the Company via an email(support@multibhashi.com).

  • The Company will require upto 48 hrs to include that topic in that trainee’s journey and update it on app.multibhashi.com.

  • It will be the trainee’s responsibility to highlight in case the journey is not altered as requested.

  • If any amendments or corrections are required in the material shared by the Company, the trainee should inform the Company team via an email(support@multibhashi.com).

Curriculum Coverage

  • Journey shared is for reference. The number of topics covered will be subject to the speed and understanding of the trainee.

  • It is the trainee’s responsibility(or his/her guardian’s) to highlight to the Company via an email(support@multibhashi.com) if they are not satisfied with the speed or coverage of topics.The Company can only provide a replacement trainer but cannot be held accountable for less topics covered during class.

  • In case, if the topic covered in the class is repeated, the trainee has to inform the trainer in the class immediately followed by an email (support@multibhashi.com) to the company within 24 hours.The company is not liable for the compensatory class, if informed later than 24 hours.

  • Additional examples and practice(not present in the notes) based on the trainee's profile may be given by the trainer during the session depending upon time.

Access to Curriculum

  • The study material provided by the company is online and cannot be downloaded or printed.

  • The access to the material is valid till 3 months from the completion of the course.

  • However, on request (need to send an email to the Company via an email at support@multibhashi.com), we can recommend third party website links, books and other practice materials that can be bought online for reference.

  • The medium of Instruction for the curriculum for all the courses will be mostly in English except a few available in other languages. No requests will be entertained to change the medium of instruction by the Company.

Class recordings

  • All the classes are recorded by default strictly for internal monitoring and training purposes.

  • The company will try its best to provide class recordings to trainees however if the recordings are not available due to technical reasons the company is under no obligation to provide replacement classes or refund for those classes.

  • The access to the recording is valid till a maximum of 3 months from the completion of the course.

Rescheduling by trainee

  • If a trainee is not able to attend a session on a particular day and wants to reschedule,the only valid means of rescheduling is via the use of the skip button on app.multibhashi.com which is only available till 30 mins before class start time.

  • In case, there is a technical glitch in using this option, then only an email to support@multibhashi.com (minimum 12 hours before class start time) will be considered a valid means of rescheduling but there is a limit to the number of classes that can be skipped.

  • Trainees are entitled to reschedule upto 10% of the classes booked only. For example, if a trainee books for 30 classes, he is entitled to reschedule 3 classes.

Lapsing of Classes

  • In case a trainee does not take classes without valid rescheduling, then the classes will be considered lapsed.

  • If the user is “No show” i.e the trainee does not join the class within 5 mins of the scheduled start time, then that class will be considered as lapsed.

  • If the trainee doesn’t attend the class without properly rescheduling for two consecutive classes, he/she may either be put on hold or the Company may continue to lapse classes.

  • Whenever the user is ready to resume the classes ( he/she will need to send an email to the Company via an email at support@multibhashi.com), the same trainer may or may not be available and the Company will need upto 72 working hours to resume the remaining classes in case of regular courses and upto 150 working hours in case of rare courses. However, even in this case no classes will be given beyond the expiry date.

Classes on Hold

  • Due to a personal emergency if a trainee is not able to take classes for a consecutive number of days, he/she can send an email(support@multibhashi.com) requesting the Company to put his.her classes on hold in which case his/her classes will not be lapsed.

  • The trainee will be required to provide a compelling and valid reason(for eg medical emergency) in order to avail the hold facility. However, even in this case no classes will be given beyond the expiry date.

  • Whenever a user is ready to resume the classes, ( he/she will need to send an email to the Company via an email at support@multibhashi.com) the same trainer may or may not be available and the Company will need upto 72 working hours to resume the remaining classes in case of regular courses and upto 150 working hours in case of rare courses.

Limit to Classes on Hold

  • A trainee can request holding classes for a maximum once till a single booking of 60 classes

  • The trainee can request holding of classes for a maximum of two times for a single booking of upto 150 classes

  • The trainee can request holding of classes for a maximum of three times for a single booking of upto 300 classes and so on.

Request for Change in Trainer

  • The trainee has the right to request for change in trainer ( he/she will need to send an email to the Company via an email at support@multibhashi.com) only for valid reasons such as:

    • frequent rescheduling by the trainer
    • trainer not being punctual
    • unsatisfactory quality of teaching, etc.

  • No trainer change request will be entertained in case of unreasonable reasons for eg. trainer’s gender, age, physical appearance etc.

  • If the request is valid and accepted by the Company, the Company will need upto 72 working hours to find a replacement trainer and resume the remaining classes in case of regular courses and upto 150 working hours in case of rare courses.

Request for Change in Timing and Frequency

  • Time and frequency cannot be changed without a compelling and valid reason. Even in the case of a very genuine reason, a user can only request for time and frequency change ( he/she will need to send an email to the Company via an email at support@multibhashi.com) for a maximum of:

    • once for 30 to 60 classes
    • twice for 61 to 120 classes
    • thrice for 121 to 210 classes
    • four times for 211 to 300 classes

  • Whenever a request for change in timing or frequency is received, the same trainer may or may not be available and the Company will require upto 72 working hours to resume the remaining classes with new timing or frequency in case of regular courses and upto 150 working hours in case of rare courses.

Discrepancy in Class Completion Data

  • All the class completion and reschedule details are shared with the trainee on app.multibhashi.com

  • Any discrepancy found should be highlighted to the company via email(support@multibhashi.com) within 24 hours.

  • The company is not liable for compensatory class, if informed later than 24 hours.

Trainee Punctuality

  • If a trainee joins the class late then the class will end at the scheduled time and the company is not under an obligation to compensate for the lost time.

  • The responsibility of joining the classes on time lies with the trainee himself/ herself/guardian. The company is not under an obligation to remind the users to join their scheduled classes.

Trainer Punctuality

  • If a trainer does not join the class within 5 mins of scheduled start time, then the trainee has a right to refuse to attend the class and ask for a replacement class. He/she will need to send an email to the Company via an email at support@multibhashi.com within 24 hours.

  • The company is not liable for compensatory class, if informed later than 24 hours.

  • If a trainer joins the class late and the trainee continues with the class then the trainer will either extend the class timing for the same class or will devote extra time in subsequent classes.

  • The trainee has a right to request a change in trainer if the trainer is joining the classes late frequently. He/she will need to send an email to the Company via an email at support@multibhashi.com

  • The Company will need upto 72 working hours to find a replacement trainer and resume the remaining classes in case of regular courses and upto 150 working hours in case of rare courses.

Discontinuation of Classes by Trainee

  • In case a trainee is not able to continue with the sessions due to personal reasons he/she can gift/transfer the remaining sessions to a family/friend ( he/she will need to send an email to the Company via an email at support@multibhashi.com). In no case will a refund be entertained by the Company.

  • Even in case of a transfer, the booking will be valid till the expiry date.The company is not under an obligation to provide any replacement classes or refund for the pending classes after the expiry date.

  • While the company will try its best, it may not always be possible for a single trainer to complete all the classes for a given trainee and sometimes the trainer might have to discontinue due to personal or medical reasons.

  • In such cases, the Company will need upto 72 working hours to find a replacement trainer and resume the remaining classes in case of regular courses and upto 150 working hours in case of rare courses and the expiry date will move forward.

  • It is the responsibility of the trainee to request for a trainer replacementṁ(he/she will need to send an email to the Company via an email at support@multibhashi.com) as soon as he or she feels that the trainer is irregular or might go on a long leave.

Technical Issues

  • Any delay due to technical issues from the company's end, the trainer will either extend the class timings for the same class or will devote extra time in subsequent classes.

  • If the technical issues last more than 10 mins the class will be cancelled and the company will provide a replacement class for the trainee.

Booking Expiry

  • Expiry for each booking is calculated by giving the trainee one and a half times the duration that is required to complete the classes without any rescheduling.

  • Expiry Date = Start date + 1.5n where n is the number of days in which number of booked classes will be completed.

  • For example, if class start date is 1st Jan(Mon) and frequency is Mon, Wed, Fri and number of booked classes is 10 then it will take till 22nd Jan to complete these classes i.e. n=23 so the expiry date will be 1st Jan plus 33 i.e 3rd Feb.

  • The booking will be valid till the expiry date.The company is not under an obligation to provide any replacement classes or refund for the pending classes after the expiry date.

  • However, if the class is rescheduled due to trainer absence, the expiry date will move forward.

Course completion certificate

  • Course completion certificates will be issued level wise only for eg A1, A2 and so on.

  • A trainee will be eligible to receive course completion certificate only if he/she has paid for an entire level.

  • The course completion certificate will only be issued if the trainee has a valid attendance for a minimum of 90% topics of that level.

  • Attendance for a class will be considered valid only if the trainee joins his/her class by clicking on "join now" button on app.multibhashi.com and the trainee uses his/her registered name in the zoom call.

  • The certificates are only issued on an eligible trainee's requests. If the trainee is eligible for the certificate and the Company receives his/her formal request for course completion certificate via email on support@multibhashi.com then the Company will require 150 working hours from the date of receipt of email to issue the requested certificate.

Certificates with Score Card

  • Score card certificates will only be issued level wise for eg A1, A2 and so on.

  • Score card certificates will only be issued if the trainee has paid for a certification test for a given level and successfully attended the entire duration of the test as per Company rules.

  • If the trainee is found to be in violation of the test rules or found cheating, he/she will be disqualified and denied a certificate or score card without any refund.

  • The Company will require 150 working hours from the date of test to issue the score card certificates.

  • Score card certificates will carry the exact score achieved by the trainee as per his/her performance in the test. The scores will be issued at the sole discretion of the Company and no requests for a re-evaluation will be entertained.

  • Please note the Multibhashi score cards are not accredited by any international certification authority and have limited applicability. The scores are only a reflection of the level of knowledge and fluency of a candidate as evaluated by the Multibhashi team.

Terms and conditions for Subscription Trainees

Commencement of Classes

  • Once the trainee makes the payment and the booking is confirmed, the Company will require upto 72 working hours to assign a subscription pack to the trainee in case of regular courses and upto 150 working hours in case of rare courses.

  • The trainee should check app.multibhashi.com regularly to confirm if his/her access has become active. If the access is still not active after above timeline, then the trainee needs to send an email to support@multibhashi.com for the same.

Platform for conducting Classes

  • All the classes will be conducted through the Multibhashi web application, app.multibhashi.com(recommended browser is Chrome)

  • The trainee can log in, view and join all the batches available under his/her subscription pack using this platform.

  • Any requests for conducting classes on any alternate platforms will not be entertained by the Company.

Batch Formation & Trainer Assignment

  • The batches will start only as per the Company’s internal Calendar and while the trainees may send requests for additional batches via an email to support@multibhashi.com, it will be the sole discretion of the Company if a new batch would be formed or not.

  • The allocation of the trainers for all the batches would be done by the company based on the availability and qualification of the trainer.

  • The company will try its best but can not assure that the same trainer will be assigned for all the classes in a batch.

    • Raise hand and unmute only if permitted by the trainer
    • Avoid interrupting the trainer unnecessarily or too frequently
    • avoid any inappropriate objects in the background and
    • avoid any use of abusive or obscene verbal or body language during classes.

  • If the trainee is found to be in violation of any of the above, he/she may be expelled from the classroom and a disciplinary action might be taken against him/her

  • If a trainee is found to be using abusive or obscene verbal or body language during classes, he/she will be blacklisted and all his/her ongoing bookings will be deemed invalid without providing any refund.

  • It is the trainee's responsibility to inform the Company via an email to support@multibhashi.com if any trainer ever violates the code of conduct in the classroom.

Missed Classes

  • In case a trainee misses a class, it will be his/her loss as the class/topic will not be repeated in a batch.

  • The trainee who missed classes in one batch can not request another batch at the same timings. The batches will only be started as per the Company’s internal calendar.

Subscription on Hold

  • There is no provision for a trainee to put his/her subscription on hold and no requests in this regard will be entertained.

Request for Change in Trainer

  • The trainee has the right to request for change in trainer ( he/she will need to send an email to the Company via an email at support@multibhashi.com) only for valid reasons such as:

    • frequent rescheduling by the trainer
    • trainer not being punctual
    • unsatisfactory quality of teaching, etc.#

  • However, it is the sole discretion of the Company whether they want to change the trainer for a batch depending upon similar requests from sufficient number of trainees attending that batch.

  • No trainer change request will be entertained in case of unreasonable reasons for eg. trainer’s gender, age, physical appearance etc.

Request for Change in Timing and Frequency

  • There is no provision for a trainee to change the timing or frequency of a given batch and no requests in this regard will be entertained.

Dissolution of Batches

  • In case of insufficient attendance(less than 5 students regularly attending a batch), the Company has a right to dissolve a given batch in which case all future classes of that batch may be cancelled.

  • The Company keeps forming new batches from time to time and the trainee would be free to join other batches of the same level in case a particular batch gets dissolved.

  • Also, the trainee will have access to the recording of completed batches in his/ her subscription and he/she may refer to the class recordings of those batches also.

Trainee Punctuality

  • If a trainee joins the class late then the class will end at the scheduled time and the company is not under an obligation to compensate for the lost time.

  • The responsibility of joining the classes on time lies with the trainee himself/ herself/guardian. The company is not under an obligation to remind the users to join their scheduled classes.

Trainer Punctuality
